Mobikwik — transfer of money to wallet

I am unable to transfer money from my wallet to bank account no one is responding to my issue i am facing lot of trouble with this app my money 10000 was blocked in my wallet no one is responding no faqs are available relating to this they are telling that they are updating the app then why should they proceed us to add money just block that option also i want to pay my fees it is delaying they are telling that it will take 7 working days to resolve the query raised i had taken screen shots first one is no outlet found to in person verification and another is pending verification how many days it will take to proceed is not mentioned until that time i need to hold my money in that wallet respond to the issue
