[Resolved] Mobikwik — wallet is disabled by mobikwik but asking to pay zip money | |
As i have reported some fraudulent transactions, mobikwik had disabled my wallet on 2nd oct 2019. Later the transactions are cancelled and money was refunded to wallet. From that day, i am requesting mobikwik to enable my account back via email to [protected]@mobikwik.com. They are not replying. The support mail id [protected]@mobikwik.com never accepts mail and will always bounce. I called customer care phone[protected] and told this issue once, getting this number is a luck. It will pick the call once if you try 10 times. Now mobikwik had generated the zip bill and asking me to pay. I have mailed them multiple times without the wallet being re-enabled i cannot pay it, as there is no other option. But they are not responding but keep on sending me sms and email to pay the bill and warning me it will affect my cibil score. Now they added penalty also to that, means they know i cannot pay the bill, still they are troubling me like anything. Was this information helpful? | |

my query is - while i was doing recharge without my knowledge you mobikwik enabled zip wallet service and debited amount from that wallet which I didn't prefer. I will always prefer bank account menthod of recharge. I am ready to pay only the actual recharge amount (which is rs. 449) . And I am not ready to zip service additional amounts because it was not choosed by me, those got enabled without my knowledge.
I have raised ticket regards so far no response and reached through customer care number also no response yet.
