I ordered a new pair of mobile combo display of lava z91 on 4th of june 2020. When i checked my product after 2 days the product was still showing as pending but not shipped. When i tried to contact the company they were not attending the call. I called many times still they were not responding and they didn't call back. After 2 months my product was delivered and i got the message. It took too much time to get delivered. I didn't knew that product will reach to me, so i bought a new product. There was no option for returning the product so when i got the product on that day i returned the product. It's been over 2 weeks i returned the my product and i reported about this case, still no action was taken for my complaint, also wrote a complaint and mailed to their respective company. They replied about asking my order id and i gave them but still the money that i spent on my product was not yet returned to my account.
