I had applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion a monthago . payment and documents were submitted. I was given a new sim and was told that my current prepaid sim will get diconnected within a week. once that happens i can use the new sim provided. now, when this happened, i put in the.new aim only to find out that it doesnt work. Called customer care. they didnt give a damn. went to the nearest store. they manager asked me to submit documents again. i dont think i should be victamised for no fault of mine.
Have no sim for the past 3weeks. this is frustrating. why must i pay for their faults. Was this information helpful? |
