There is no support from Lava, 4 days passed but it's so shameful, that there is no response from Lava International (!) company.
I've returned the following handset to dealer.

I (Rajesh Kumar) purchase a Lava mobile model No. XOLO500S. But in between 4 month, I have many small & big problem with this mobile. I send 2 time in your authorised service centre LAVA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, 260, Omkar road, Chukkuwala, Near clock tower, GPO Dehradun (Uttrakhand). But that time Bluetooth, wifi & charging not working some few days. So I gote on your authorised service centre LAVA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, 260, Omkar road, Chukkuwala, Near clock tower, GPO Dehradun (Uttrakhand) and received my mobile XOLO500S on dated[protected]. But after completion of half month no any response about repair of my hand set.
I won't expect that type (very bad) quality and also very bad survice provided by your authorised service centre LAVA CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE, 260, Omkar road, Chukkuwala, Near clock tower, GPO Dehradun (Uttrakhand). Finley i request to you please return my hand set after remove his all problem and satisfactory yourself (authorised person).

Wao what a service ...great LAVA team...bt sorry sir i have also forwed this as the same time before 2 years ago...at the Complain time Feb 23rd 2013 and you responsible ppl replied after 2 years on feb 26th Feb 2015?
