Sony Xperia Mini — The phone is unusable | |||
Dear CC Forum: I had purchased a brand new Sony Xperia Mini 15i on 23rd August 2012. In a weeks time there was some random issue with the phone which I ignored, by September 7th, the screen had gone blank and I could not use the phone I created a case and submitted the phone to the Santacruz, SV Road, Sony Service Center and they got it fixed in a weeks time. After another couple of weeks the phone started vibrating violently everytime it was unlocked. This is a common issue with the phone and can be checked on the internet as well. Again,I had to give it to the service center the phone was submitted on 18th October 2012 Now I do not have a phone for the last couple of weeks and I am being told it may still take a longer time to fix the phone I am very unhappy with the service provided by the service center and specifically with Sony Mobile brand. Since they know many customers have complained the same issue with the specific model, they did not recall their product Isnt there a law which should enforce them to recall the entire batch or refund the customer Thanks Sameer Shah +91.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
