[Resolved] Sony Xperia Tipo — Delaying replacement | |||
Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Sony Xperia phone on 19 September 2012 which was a faulty product and stopped working on 28 Sept. 2012. I returned the phone and was promised a replacement within 15 days (before 15th October 2012). Since then i have visited the service centre more than 15 times and they keep delaying the arrival. It has been 40 days and they still have not returned the phone. Also i was lied to at the retail centre about the color of the mobile handset. The sony sales person informed me that the phone will not release in red and blue colors as the company advertisement said and convinced me to buy the phone in white color. Although after 15 days the phone did release in those colors. I am highly disappointed by the retail and service centre of Sony company. Please find the attached Service job sheet. same problem is mine tipo phone i think it is manufacturing fault i trust Sony brand since lots of years this is break my trust on the brand and product what to do?????
