[Resolved] The Mobile Store / Samsung Galaxy Note Gt-n 7000 — about false assurances, high cost & low quality products | |||
i am a doctor ( MD Medicine, DM nephrology). i remain very busy everyday. i have purchased samsung galaxy note GT N 7000 from mobile store shahibaug ahmedabad on 14 feb 2012. At the time purchase store manager mr. Dhaval assured me that if any problem occurs with mobile then mobile store people will solve it immedietely & will provide home service to me. due to this assurance i purchased mobile which costed me 33600 Rs. at the same time its cost in other stores was 32000. so i paid 1600Rs more to mobilestore people due their assurance. within 10 days of purchasing mobile problem started with its battery as it took 6 to 8 hrs for recharge & was lasting for only 12 to 14 hrs with minimal use. also mobile was hanging repeatedly and processing speed was slow as compared other galaxy note N 7000 of one of my friend. i called to mr. Dhaval but he asked me to come to mobile store. i went to mobilestore and told the problem. mr Dhaval installed some softwares on my mobile & told me that problem is solved. but problem never solved & i got similar problems repeatedly for which i went to mobilestore repeatedly ( about 12 -15 times). each time mr. Dhaval told me different reasons & postponed servicing. on 28 july 2012 my mobile stopped working so i went to mobile store where mr. Dhaval told me that mobile needs servicing. he sent my mobile to samsung service centre. At the time of submitting mobile i had told him all problems of my mobile but he wrote only few & refused to write battery problem & told me that we clear the problem latter on. mobile was sent for servicing for 7 days. i have job card of service done. after servicing i lost all my imp. data. after servicing also problems persisted. now i have following problems with my mobile 1) battery life only 4-5 hrs with minimal use so i need to recharge battery repeatedly 2) takes 8-10 hrs for recharge 3) mobile becomes hot when used continuously for 10 to 15 min. 4) processing speed is very low as compared to others same mobile when i went to mobilestore to solve above problems mr. Dhaval spoke very rudely & arrogantly. kindly take strict action againt Dhaval & solve my problems otherwise i will go in consumer court. my friend Dr. Jitendra who purchased mobile from mobilestore have same problems.
