Mobile Myntra — paid for the product but till now did not receive the product. suspect fraud | |||
Hi sir, I purchased the product from site https://www.mobilemyntra.com/ I purchased t-shirt. Details of receipt are give below. I purchased this product on 26th sept 2018. But till now i did not receive the product till now. Even they promised to give a gift with that. Then they asked to choose the gift in between iphone & led 43 inch tv. I said ok provide me iphone. Then they asked to pay the gst which will be refunded. I said don't want the gift please send the item. But i did not receive the item at. I tried calling in customer care. They have given me a dtdc tracking number which does not reflect any thing. I repeatedly ask them and said to refund the amount if they are not able to send. That also is not done.
