Mobile Phone — fraud product

Dear sir,

I inform you that i got a phone call in the name of samsung galaxy, delhi for discount on mobile phone, at that time some one called me from no. [protected]/[protected] for purchasing mobile on discount and they confirmed me that after checking parcel you have to make payment, but now they are denying and saying for making payment first then there will be no responsibility of the same, i think it is a fraud product and they are continuously calling to me and threatening for making case against me.

Please help me out.
