Hi Team,

I made a transaction online for a balance top up in my reliance GSM mobile account as per details below:

Order status displays success but recharge did not go through even money got deducted from my account.

I emailed PayTM care team, they told me to ask to reliance care, I have called them more than 8 times since yesterday and today but CC executive are dropping my call saying that their systems are upgrading or having some technical issue so unable to get information on this recharge or unable take my complaint.

Therefore I am submitting my complaint here.

Reliance GSM Mobile — Not receive money after recharge

Respected Sir,
MY mobile number is [protected]. On evening of 8 Feb 2010 the recorded call is come from reliance in which they say if you recharged with Rs 101 they will give talk time of Rs 140.So today(11 Feb 2010) at 10:15 A.M. I recharged my mobile by Rs 101. Message of Recharged was come on mobile but they did not give the single rupee on my mobile. I complained for this on reliance customer care but they say you recharged wrong. No plan of this type is here in reliance and they did not write my complain and cut the phone. Again after 2 hour(i.e 11:32 A.M. on 11 Feb 2010) call from[protected] come on my mobile with same offer. I called again to the customer care but again they cut the call by saying no plan of this type.

So sir what can I do now. My Rs 101 is gone. Please help me.

Reliance Mobile — made internet payment but no recharge

I have made internet payment on 19.11.10 for Rs.225 via ICICI BANK detials BIL/[protected]/BILL JUNCTION PAYMEN/L7.
But I didnt recieve any recharge ... Pls see into the matter and oblige.

Reliance — Mobile Recharged but not get money

Hi,

I have recharged my mobile[protected] of rupees 85/- dated on
28/febrary/2011 time- at about 13:15 Hrs. (near about time) but could not receive the amount yet.

But when i contacted to customer care then these people told me that we don't have any recharge facility of 85/- rupees then, i told them to considerd this amount into 50+30 rupees on the place of 85/- rupees. Then these people declined for this.

Now I am in trouble because of these people on this.

Kindly look into this matter........

have done recharge at 03rd April 11:38 PM for Rs.52 INR ....but still i am not getting that money in my mobile but the amount debited from my account. pls credit my amount in my moblie or in my account pls sir do it fast.

hello..sir i am manvendra singh..owner of the mobile no [protected]....sir i have recharged..with 17 rs on 3 october...as i have called on 151515....and got a offer for me only....that is..recg with 17 rs and call ne std no for 35 paisa per min for first 200 min.....then 40 p...
but when i recg with 17 rs....i got .01 balance...as any normal tariff or stv fetches.......the balance when recg...when i try to take the advantage of the stv..by calling a std no nothing happened the call rates where the original,,....when i tried to clear this issues with the...customer care they were not at all responsible...n co-operative.....sir plz lokk into this...matter this type..of things often happen...but this time i am complaining..

Reliance is a biggest fraud. first they had deducted rs. 15 from my no. for some flash msg they are sending without my wish.when i complained them they told that they cant stop this nd continued deducting my money.when i complained again they just block my reach to customer care.now they again deducted rs. 30 from my no. by subscribing some pack by themselves.i m so much harassed by this . plz help me i want to take hard action against them

Paytm — replacement of the product

i have ordered a specs on 9th may and the product is been delivered on 16th may.when seal is opened for taking the product it seen to be broken and i have to replace it and have to order the same

They are not responding on given contact number and not resolving the issues in time and not considering the customer problem.

I did top up for rs50 on 25th and 27th from paytm for Airtel but I did not receive my balance.
