Dear Sir,
I, Dhruba Dutta, want to inform you that on 15th of March, 2018 I placed a order of 1 no of 64 GB Memory Card, 1No of 128 GB Memory Card and 1 no of 64 GB Pen Drive (Reference Number- 15044).
Today on 19th of March, 2018 I got a parcel containing the above mentioned items. After receiving the parcel when I checking the materials I found that the products are not working. Then I want to contact the organisation but no response from them.
It is my humble request to you that please send me the original items instead of these damaged items.
Please replace the items as early as possible.
