[Resolved] Mobilekart.com — faulty product

Am purchase a level u Bluetooth headset.
It's came through delhivery courier.
When I opened the parcel. Am found this one a different colour & not working condition. Order number is[protected].
It's oder as cash on delivery. Am also paid INR 1099/- for this..
When I trying to contact with mobilekarts.com there is no option to reach them.

I want to return this order & refund my fund.
Please help on this.

Today am received this product & post received am trying a phone number which was mentioned in the invoice.mob no- 9999827656 But call is not Connected . Am sending an email also in this email address [email protected] . But there is no response. Please help on this
