Mobipik — Complaint | |||
Respected Sir, I, Premchandra Singh, R/O Flat no. 3, RZF-768-21, lane, no. 8, raj nagar-2, palam, near sec-8 dwarka, new delhi-77. I have submitted my Lenovo A536 black colour IMEI No. [protected](Bill copy enclosed) to my insurance co.Mobipik(Copy enclosed) on 30/04/2015 vide tkt no.[protected]Copy enclosed). I have been made various contact with this co. either they are not attending my calls or cut the calls….some time they assuring me that my phone will be delivered within 2-3 days. But this is happening since last two month no one had taken any positive action regarding my phone. In addition I sent them mails on 28th July 15 and 03 Aug 15 and even after this they did’t replied to my mails. Hence my humble request is to please look into the matter and take strict action against the insurance co. (mobipik) to deliver my phone as soon as possible. I am very very tiried with this co. The worst service in the world I have insured mobile from mobipik they even don't time to check is it ok or not they delivered my mobile without doing any thing

I had a broken I phone 6, called the co, They took 3-4 days and gave me a new ( swaped I phone ), i just had to pay Rs. 400, Wow now that's intresting . I am sorry to see comments above mentioned. but i got a great service.

worst company ever i guess telecom company charge this company for incoming because they will never pick your phone ever they are best in making chutiyapa of customers i submitted my two phones with this company two months back but they are not replying to any calls .
they are frauds once they gave me a samsung centre number to inquire about my phone the statement given by samsung service centre is wow they said mobipik is not making payments thats y we r not repairing your phone and when i told this reason to mobipik they said sir we dnt have cheque book rite now as and when we have cheque book we will arrange your phn and my apple god knows ye chor bech k kha gaye ya kya hua
