On Aug 6th, 2020 I booked Telecast tablet pc andriod 10.1inch after the promotional SMS received. After that several times I have emailed them asking my shipment details, but yet not received any response. It's definately a fake ecommerce website.
Kindly take necessary action against it.
Please solve this and revert me my amount asap.

I’m also another victim of the same website.
I received an SMS for a Teclast T30 Andriod 9.0 4G Phone Call Tablet, which I wanted to present it to my wife. It took me to a website with all the product details. It also had lot of other products too, so I was carried away that its a good product website. I went thr’ the payment option and paid Rs.2, 999
It send me an email immediately after payment, with order number and all the other details. The payment was done on 1st Aug 2020, but till date I havent received the product. I have submitted emails couple of times asking for updates, but no response.
After that I was doubtful and looked for any complaints and found this.
I have all the payment transaction details, can you please help me in the refund of the same too.
