Mobyle.in — cheating-delivered zoom 3310 instead of nokia 3310

Sir,

I ordered a Nokia 3310 4G mobile on 19 June 2018, through the commercial site Mobyle.in ([protected]@gmail.com) with Order No.:#MBYL7735 for Rs.2199. The photo displayed was that of an original Nokia 3310(image attached). I further told them to cancel the order if it is not original Nokia 3310. They call me from the mobile no. [protected] (which is switched off now) and confirmed that it is original Nokia phone. I asked him how can they sell the product before officially launching in India. He told me it is imported from China. I then asked them to give a confirmation through email and they gave a confirmation through email also(Screenshot attached)

On 21 June 2018, I received the delivery with DELHIVERY(cod[protected] from Shyplite.com. The address on the package was Nandni Consultants, 23/3858, Ground Floor, Reghar Pura, Karol Bach, Delhi-110005. When I opened the package, the mobile inside was Zoom Star 3310 4G instead of Nokia 3310 4G (photo attached). I tried to return the parcel but the delivery boy refused to accept it. He ask me to return through online. I email at [protected]@gmail.com many times but they are not responding. I contacted on the no. [protected] which was given on the package. The person who attended the call give me the no.[protected] on told me it is Shyplite.com no. and they will resolve my issue. I tried on that no. but they are not picking up the phone. I send a message too but they are not responding.

This is intentional cheating. Please take necessary action against these companies and help me get compensate my financial loses and mental pressure and agony faced due to it.
