Moglix — damaged product received from moglix | |
I had ordered an office chair from moglix. But i have received the chair in damaged condition and the have also requested for return. But they have even cancelled the return request. I have already shared the images of the damaged product. I have received a ticket number from there end. Ticket number is #441799. I need the refund and do not want any replacement. Our Logistics Partner will contact you regarding the pick up of the product within 48-72 hours. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will immediately process the refund.
