[Resolved]  Moglix — different model received & both keyboard not working

This is to inform you that, i have order the technotech 301a usb mini keyboard from your online website on 8-oct-2018 and this product received by 15-oct-2018 after that i have check this product was different model received and both keyboard are not working.

I have raise the compliant of my product but till now no action taken from moglix support team.

I got damage product from moglix order no[protected] I got my product full damage but they are not exchanging my product
I purchased Monitor 1Kva 2 Amp stabilizer on 16.06.2018 . Today it heats up and gave smoking flame. Please advise me for how to use replacement warranty.
