[Resolved] Moglix — I received defective product | |||
Sir on 14 Aug 2020 i received a product from Moglix(High Living Office chair). The product i received is defective. i complained to customer care. They approved my return request but they told me that you have to self dispatch your order. I bought the item at 5000 rs. For dispatching my defective product from bangalore to Noida it costs me[protected]. i think they are cheating on me. Was this information helpful? | |||
