[Resolved] Moglix — order #2920166/ product received wrong, refund takes long time | |
Hello consumer forum, I'm facing an issue with moglix online shopping merchant, as i've order a product wood cutter jigsaw cutting tools and they deliver different one. Ive already open a case with moglix team to return and refund my amount paid. Compliant number #471840 So far no response after 07/aug/2020, customer service phone numbers all time says busy, no email responses too, It's really disappointing customer service, kindly help me. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Reverse pickup has already been arranged and our logistics partner will get in touch with you in next 48-72 hours for the product pickup.
