[Resolved] Moglix — payment deducted from my account but moglix showing payment failed | |||||
I purchased a fair deluxe 360 degree easy magic floor cleaning mop, on moglix for rs 550. I paid using google pay. Payment is deducted from my bank account. However moglix is showing payment failed against my order. There is no option for raising complaint on website. I have attached screenshots of payment confirmation on google pay and the order status on moglix. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi, on 13, Jan, 2019 I have purchased a spanner set of 12 from moglix.com the product I received is totally waste of money they said that the spanners are of chrome vanadium but they are of very bad quality even some of them are rusted kindly help me in returning those spanners.
