I placed order for Love4ride Tizzy Black ISI Mark Open Face Helmet, Size: Large wise Order Number 3019196. This product received to me on 30 Oct. 2020 as COD payment mode. On the same day I filed return request at Moglix for defective and lesser size helmate.
But Moglix team cannot confirm of return request. After telephonic talk 2 or 3 times they confirm return request. Courier partner Delhivery also not pickup the parcel at my home address, continuous followup he pickup the parcel after 2 days.
As the order is COD I filled the Bank details at the time of return request with blank Cheque copy. Still Moglix again and again emailed me for Bank details. On date 12 Nov. 2020 I again submit my bank details and Ticket No. #495921 was created for it and email me it will credited Rs. 428/- in my bank account.
Today date 19 Nov. 2020 again Moglix customer care emailed me for Bank details required.
I submit bank details 3 times still they expecting bank details. I think they making fool to customer and not initiate refund.
Moglix is not good E-commerce platform. Please beware from buying from them.
