[Resolved] Moglix — submersible pump order paid but not received | |
I have ordered kirloskar submersible pump 1.5 hp on on 24/10/2018 on moglix by paying ₹10890 online.It was showing delivery date on 01/11/2018.But it was showing any tracking detail till date .Now its status is showing product returned. It has not given any info on call or mail.There is no update regarding my payment if it has returned.Also there are no option to contact them..i am not getting response from whatsapp number mentioned on moglix site.
