I ordered consistent computer monitor but they delivered zebian monitor. Immediately I rised the return request using moglix website. Even after 5 days no reply from the company. I tried to contact but no body is picking call even after 10 minutes of waiting.
The invoice is different from Delivered product. What to do now? Feeling helpless.
Thinking of taking the matter to consumer court.
