Moglix.com — non receipt of the five pairs of the hilson, z+1 make, safety shoes

Dy. Ee testing akola under maharashtra state electricity transmission company ltd had placed an online order for purchase of eight pairs of hilson make, z+1, safety shoes for departmental employees. The payment of rs.14400/- was made on 06th october 2017 through neft to m/s moglix account. After payment, m/s moglix didn't not deliver the product for one month. After constant follow up with m/s moglix on their emails namely [protected]@moglix.com and [protected]@moglix.com, the e-commerce outlet delivered only three pairs of said shoes in installments. Out of eight pairs five pairs are still to be delivered. M/s moglix is just buying time by adopting dilly-dallying tactics. Upon contact with their customer care executive, they assure delivery everytime but to no avail.
