HI,

The hathway sales team were pestering me to restore my old connection since I had changed my location and was not using their service anymore. They gave me an offer for 3+1 month at the cost of 3 months. I went ahead and made online payment. After which the sales guy stopped receiving my call and i did not get any connection for 4-5 days. I was earlier promised a connection within next day before making payment.

After 5 days a technician came to my location and said that the connection is not feasible here and i would get a refund by 15 days.
I have been following up with customer care and no one has a clue and now the call does not get connected also. Online tickets are getting closed even without resolving. This is one BIG FRAUD and CHEATER Company. They call you 20 times a day until they need your money. AFter that they dont care.

One of the worst experience.
