Mojo Pizza — raw meat and not letting me to use my money

The last time i ordered a pizza, i got raw chicken on it. They told they will give the full refund + 150 credits. First they gave only ₹150 credits, after asking them again they gave the refund amount of ₹289 and took away the ₹150 credits.

Now when i am trying to place the order it doesn't not allow me to use my mojo cash with a coupon.
They say u can't use to offers at the same time.
How does it make sense? Mojo cash is not an offer that i have recieved, it is the amount i have recieved for your negligence and bad quality food served.
They literally served raw chicken, i could have got food poisoning.
It's my money that they are not allowing me to use, the way i want.
How does it make sense for me to pay double the amount, when i can pay half of the amount using the code.
They are making me pay extra.
And their customer service people do not know what's happening, they dont know anything, each of them tell a different thing.
I would want my money back in my bank account.
It's a terrible experience with mojo.
Later on i tried again,
I tried placing the order using the half price ticket/coupon and i used the mojo cash it deducted the mojo cash amount and asked me to pay the remaining amount only.. Of ₹138 but now they are asking me to pay the whole money of ₹430.
Customer service people are extremely rude they just disconnect the call, without even listening to the issue.
I would want my refund in my bank account or paytm account.
Please take necessary action against them.
