Monad University — About authenticity of the certificate

Sir, I have been told over and over for the last 1 year that sometime my certificate is fake and sometime it's genuine . I had apply an application which I haven't receive any reply (been 6th months). If monad is dsnt know how to answer back to their students then why open a university first of all, and please tell me the way to talk to the dealing department so that I can sort it out.
