Monad University — certificate not received

Respected sir,
My enrollment number is mu1013bsc6812 passout 2013
I did not recieve my degree and provisional certificate
I tried 3 times in the university but they told me that when date is will then we will inform you then you come and get yours certificates but right now we don't have any dates. The persons sitting on the gate their behaviour is so rude.
I called in the university on verification number same thing they are saying. Respected sir i am doing pg course where they are asking about my migration and provisional certificate.
Sir kindly look in this matter because i must need those certificates for my pg courses.
