Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Bad behaviour attitude and unprofessional behavior

We run a mini bakery outlet in kashipur-Uttrakhand called The Bombay Bakers & event designers.
I’m writing this complain which includes points needs to be taken very seriously !!
1.the cadbury agency in kashipur called jain medicos having an sales person called mr.negi, It doesn’t seems he has professional attitude towards outlets.
1.it’s been a year we started taking cadbury products from jain medicos
2.we were never told about the minimum and maximum quantity and amount needed to be purchased every month or what’s so ever .
2.the sales person mr.negi come to other large departmental stores but forgets to visits our outlet by himself
3.also we need to call him every time and he only comes on Sunday no other day
4.we took cadbury products multiple times and we’re facing problem keeping cadbury products sometime in cake fridge or deep Fridge as we never got the cadbury mini display counter
6.if we put Cadbury products in any other fridge it gets messi with cake cream or bread crumbs and also weather is not suitable for cadbury products as kashipur is hot weather area as we faced melting problems without cooling counter or fridge
7-the display counter from cadbury helps to keep products cool and gives a great looking view for the customers which atttracts them, which we failed to explain to sales person
8.after requesting multiple times, we we're committed from the sales person for a small size display counter(April, 2022), which will help to keep Cadbury’s products cool and hygienic for customers
9.when asked recently about the commitment the sales person rudely said -___“”** Counter usi ko milta hai jo continue products leta hai “ apna last billing dekha hai kya ?**___
10.when told him about his commitment’s, behaviour and attitude, it doesn’t seem to bother him in any way at all
11.finally we told him that we are going to complain Cadbury and write a mail and put up points whatever you said, he said __AAP MUJHE DHAMKI DE RAHE HO—
12.I think as a company cadbury should teach sales persons that no business is big or small they should treat everybody equal .

We are very much disappointed with the services, behaviour, attitude and unprofessionalism of Mr.Negi from jain medicos in kashipur uttrakhand

we will be shifting to Kit Kat soon
