Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — bad product quality | |||
I purchased a dairy milk family pack chocolate in june 2019 which was packed in april 2019. When i opened the chocolate for consumption it smelled bad and i tried a small piece which tasted sour and rotten. Who will be responsible for the piece of # i received for rs.100. We buy cadbury products because we trust the brand but it is no more trustworthy. The amount of complaints we see on different platforms can tell where the company stands now... I bought cadbury dairy milk on 4/04/2019 and after i unwrapped it found too many worm eggs and worms in the chocolate. Do take required actions asap
I have purchased a box of dairy milk of ₹20 each @₹750, then after opening the wrap of each chocolate i realised that there was fungus on each chocolate which was increasing day by day
