Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — cadbury product is not good and spoil

Hello mondelez team, i hope you peoples are doing good.
I purchased cadbury crackle pack of 10 (Each piece 36gm 40rs) from paytm, i ate them one by one on alternate days, but last piece i opened after few weeks and it was not good to eat, it was spoiled and it was uneatable.
I have kept the product in fridge for proof.
It has expiry date of 12 months and it was packed on 10/18.

Plz look into the matter and refund my 40rs.
