I am living in Rudrapur Uttarakhand my shop name is Nalin kumar rohit kumar, Complaint no.:[protected]. .
From three or four month i am very harsh from your services regarding visi cooler they cannot Repair. The visi from about two months voltas company service man tell me that the visi compart has to change but still no services man visiting to our shop.

Dear sir,

My complaint number. is [protected](dated 11 the Feb 2019) which is still not closed my Voltas.
Number of times Im trying to call service center as well as ASM but they even don't know how to talk with a customer .
Not expecting such kind of service from Volta's.

Kindly look into this matter and help us to resolve the issue.
