[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — complaint regarding quality of cadbury chocolates | |
Hi We are a regular customer of cadbury products. Regret to inform you that for the first time we had a very unpleasant experience. Recently we bought a 'cadbury celebrations' pack, to our surprise when we unwrapped both the dairy milk and 5-star chocolates, the milk chocolate inside had a very brittle texture and the 5-star had holes in it, hence couldn't be consumed. The product that we got was a complete let down to the quality that we expected from the company. Hope you look into the matter and take the required action.
