[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — customer got ill by eating perk from which worms were coming out | |
I bought a perk from a general store in indore and after eating half of it when i opened it further it was seen that worm was coming out of it and has eaten the chocolate as well. I felt sick after having the same. I have already had a word with my lawyer and will be filling a complaint against the company in consumer forum. Its a bizarre from a brand like cadbury and there fore, i am already in words with few media houses to look into the same. Let me know, if there is any legal team that i need to get in touch with for the same, or else i will be sending a legal notice directly to the office. Was this information helpful? | |
