On[protected] i had purchased 4 chocolate of dairy milk worth rs 10 each, from goregaon, packing date for the same is oct 2016. When opened the product was faulty and whole of the chocolate was in poor condition and it contained worms inside the products, even though the product was not expired. Dear Ashish, With reference to your experience it is clearly seen that it is a worm infested chocolate. Handing over the sample to the manufacturer is not advisable. Let them inspect, take photos and respond. Presence of worms in chocolate clearly shows the retailer has not followed good practices in storing.
