[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — non credit of commission & ineffective sales services | |||
We have an outlet under the name shiv restaurant in sector-17 fairdabad (P-7 as per your region). We have been selling cadbury chocolates over many years now. We would like to bring into your notice certain problems that we are now facing : 1. We were promised a commission of 3% sales commission. However we have not received same since long time. 2. We are provided with the sales target however whenever we place order with the distributor we are returned with the reply that company is running out of stock. Given such situation how we can fulfill our sales target if we don't have the requisite stock. 3. There are no visits from any sales manager or any sales representatives for any kind of grievance resolution. Having said above and given the festive season we are forced to sell other brands - amul.
