[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — non working of chocolate fridge | |||
I am a retailer (Virendra general store, usmanpur, juhi, kanpur, up) my chocolate fridge is not working since 15 days and their is no response from agent as well the agency dealer. The agent has given a mobile number which is always switched off. I am completely amazed with such bad services and it was unexpected from such a multinational company. I request the authorised representative of company to please see to the problem as since 15 days i am not able to sale any product. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dairy milk rs 20 chocolate had a foul smell with green and white fungal growth in it. It was packed on February 2018 but is is throughly spoiled and stinking. It's terrible that such a spoiled product was supplied and could be harmful causing reactions. Do the needful and please do it immediately.
