[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — strange element in bournvita | |||
Recently i purchased cadbury bourn vita from a departmental store in new delhi, india. As i was pouring the contents in a jar, i found a strange thing in it due to which i couldn't use it. The amount of bourn vita that i had poured from another packet also got wasted. It is really careless on your part to sell products without checking the contents. I expect response at the earliest so that i don't have to contact the consumer court. The photo of the strange element has been attached below. Was this information helpful? | |||

A guy came to examine the product and even took the sample months ago. Since then there has been no communication from your side. This complaint has not been resolved.
The guy by the way had come with a packet of bourn vita and two dairy milk chocolates, ten rupees each. I mean it's pathetic. Do you even realize how much compensation you owe me?
I would appreciate response within 48 hours or I am bound to contact the consumer forum.
And in case you don't know about compensation in these cases, refer to the case Donoghue Vs Stevenson ( 1932) . That might give you a better idea regarding negligence.
