The sub D was provided to me based on my request, that non availability of Dairy milk distributor in the Bhiwandi - Rural area. I have received through an official mail on 29th Feb 24

In 1 month, a software with user id and password a display, were i cant event punch order
One day join visit for sales in my location
Promised by Mondelez, to successfully run the business
1. Training & Support of Mondelez sales person weekly 1once on Friday and jointly taking orders from shop- Non happening
2. Promoting distributor in my area, a friz was promised on 1 st of week of April- Not happening
3. Cut outs or stickers to promote Mondelez presence in the locality - Not happening.
Key ask to successfully run this rural – sub D channel
1) For first 2 month, mondelez sales visiting weekly once
2) Shop, with display of chocolate ensuring the promotion and distributor availability in the locality
3) Orders manipulation, mentioning non available of stock and selling alternate. Instead of win win situation, simply over burdening the budget
4) Sub D transparency of benefits
5) Escalation matrix, on support
