[Resolved] Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — urea in cadbury dairy milk chocolate

I buy some cadbury chocolates and i found them that they are not eatable by human being it looks like the chocolates have fungus. When i checked their manufacturing date then it is 04/19 code a90416b 1 3 it develops a white color dots on the chocolate and its taste is different from normal dairy milk chocolate its taste is not good then please compensate my money immediately otherwise i will go in the consumer form with cadbury dairy milk chocolates i have.

I bought a dairy milk small one which cost 5 rupees it was manufactured in 12th month of 2018 and it has and expiry period of 12 months but it was spoiled and there was germs in it I am adding the photo below
