Money Classic Research — paid excess money to the tune of 3 lakhs

I was asked to pay money through payu money for trading. I made several transactions and the team denied receiving any money. However when i checked with payu money they said all the transactions are setteled and amount is being paid to money classic. I want all this amount refunded asap as no trading aid was provided but my money got stuck.

The total amount i paid because they told transactions failed is ₹3, 96, 000
