Money Classic Research — refund pending - not returning money after cancelling service from them

This is regarding refund issue. My last ticket was closed without resolution so i am creating this new ticket.

I had paid for services but incurred heavy losses within months. Told them to return money and do not want any services from them. Even after writing mail to them they have stopped replying on the mail. Last mail says from them saying please continue our services. I do not want such services which is giving loses.
Two persons (Bhupendra singh and ankit) from money classic research company told me that they will refund my service amount after paying 18k rupees in one month. So i have paid 18k to company on 31st of may. Now they are saying there is no refund policy and they have switched off their mobile number also.
Also i have lost huge amount because of wrong calls given to me by bhupendra and ankit.
It's already 4 months but there is no resolution from them.
