Money Scam — washing machine

Sir i am an olx seller i was posted washing machine whose contact no is [protected] olx user wanted to buy them and then we will discuss about payment he was said that he is in army and do payment via phone pay. I am dont have phone pay no so i gave my relative no. But the person send them phone pay request to take money from my relative and my relatives 9000 rupees was transferred into the frauds account a humble request to olx to take a response on my complaint. On the app the buyers dont have address. Date of incident is 5th may 2019. A request of refund if possible. Plz refund my money...
