MoneyTap — loan pre closure not responding

1) i have taken loan in moneytap application, i have paid 6 emi qas per their policy to meet the requirement of pre-closure. But now they are not responding to me, they will just ask to mail after 10th but after that they dont respond at all. I already mail 15 times but same reply, most frustrating thing is they dont have any customer care number to talk with. Please let me know how to get this resolved.
2.in september they debited 2emis of same amount but not showing in app.
I submitted in mail screenshot also not a single reply yet. So please solve this issue asap

I have placed a request to foreclosure my loan amount and I am not getting reply to my emails. there is no phone number provided to call some one..I am stuck here
