MoneyTap — mental harrassment in relation to moratorium

I had availed a loan from money tap and due to this covid-19, i am requesting for moratorium for the months of june, july and august. As per the procedure, i had requested them for moratorium after the emi for june 2020 was debited on 5th of june। instead of providing relief they are mentally harassing me by demanding the same document over and over again which has already been submitted to them via email। moratorium request not granted yet but harassment is at peak level.
