Monginis Cake — a bad quality of pastry I had

I had a pastry at your company's dahisar east station branch

It was a worst experience
The pastry wasn't good by quality
When i talked about it to the mongolia staff.. Their response was arrogant and senseless
They didn't even accept our complaint but started shouting at me & insulted me

I want your management to take action the branch owner to answer about this incident
