This is regarding a cake purchased from Gandhi Nagar, Kaanti factory, kankarbagh, Patna outlet of monginis. So this was a pre-ordered 1.5 kg fondant cake. First of all they provided me a simple choco-layer cake (with vanilla inside as per my order) with just about a 5x4inch of fondant used in the cake but i was priced for a complete fondant cake. This was something i was shocked at because this wasn't expected from Monginis that they fool people like this.It costed me Rs. 1500/- . I had ordered it on 28 feb, 2021 and received on 2nd march 2021.
It hasn't ended yet, the second shock was that the cake was of extremely worst quality. The outer layer of cream was fresh but the cream used inside was sour in taste and had a foul smell.My birthday party was completely ruined.
When i complained, they first asked me to bring a sample of cake . I did that. When i reached the store, they asked me to bring the remaining cake and promised if the cake would be more than 50% of the total, they would refund me the whole amount. Now when i have returned about 60% of the cake, they r just not ready to keep their promise. I want my whole money back i.e Rs.1500 either by any online mode or in cash.
It's also not about the cake
The attendant at the customer care service behaved in a very rude way.
This way of harassing your customers will only lead to stop buying from you. Totally devastated by your service .

Really unbelievable that a pre-ordered cake would be that bad!
