Bringing it to your notice that we subscribed a monster login for 12 months starting from July 2021, post which I had couple of clarifications and queries wherein I was trying to reach the sales person who was in touch with me throughout the payment process 'Swathi Juvvanapudi' Swathi.[protected]@monsterindia.com [protected] and her reporting manager Venkata Sasikanth venkata.[protected]@monsterindia.com, but for the past few days I am unable to reach them on calls/mails no call back or response to mails. I need an alternate contact person to whom I can reach out.
I don’t think you guys can leave your customer so very clueless like this. I request team monster to address this asap.
