I buy half jacket from gyan enterprises beawar in rajasthan before 15days.in jacket button are not working proper. I raised complaint them first of all they call to produce bill but on purchase they not give any bill and i also in hurry so left shop but on compliant time i shocked that
He call him company authorized dealer and do this type of behavior his salesman said that monte carlo product are these types of problem in all products. Then owner say if you want bill then i am not able to help you otherwise i repair your jacket. Thus i feel i pay for brand and big name but at last they cheat me. So, please give instructions him that do not cheat customer and change her behavior for customer. Customer came to big brand name for quality and service not behave like a footpath seller and not critise the brand which you sell i don't know what his intension for critsing the brand himself sold. So, please look in the matter and call you agent that if any problem in product contact company not ask customer. I fell i will cheated by him in the name of monte carlo.
